Vandna Jerath, MD is the founder and Medical Director of Optima Vitality MD Center for Rejuvenation and Wellness.  She opened this sister medical practice to focus on holistic, functional, and integrative healthcare and wellness options to complement her traditional ob/gyn practice, Optima Women's Healthcare.  She found that her patients had a need for complementary and alternative wellness options that were medically sound and medically indicated which could be integrated with conventional medicine to live a healthier and happier life full of vitality.  Our goal is to optimize your well-being and provide services and products which will help you renew, rejuvenate, and revitalize your life.

We do not accept health insurance.  However, we offer reasonable prices and accept cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA (healthcare savings account) forms of payment.  We can also write letters of medical necessity for your HSA or FSA.
